Mehr als zwei Jahre liegt die Veröffentlichung ihres Top 5 Albums “The Unforgiving” nun zurück – umso mehr versetzte die Ankündigung eines neuen Albums die weltweite Fangemeinde von Within Temptation in helle Aufregung. Um die Wartezeit zu verkürzen, veröffentlicht die niederländische Band nun am 27. September die EP „Paradise (What About Us?)” mit keiner geringeren Gastsängerin als der finnischen Rockdiva Tarja Turunen.
Sebastian Block & Band hinterlassen mit ihrer Mischung aus „Entre Pop" und Rock'n'Roll durchweg tanzende Konzertbesucher. Ihr Musikstil ist originell und zugleich „dazwischen", wie es im französischen Wort „Entre" heißt. Im Frühjahr 2013 ging es für die fünfköpfige Formation mit sechs Konzert- und Interviewterminen auf Niederlande-Tour. „Sebastian Block & Band" hinterließen bei den Radio-Redaktionen und Radio-Live-Sessions Begeisterung.
Die Tour wurde in Deutschland mit Open Airs in diesem Sommer fortgesetzt und das ein oder andere Highlight war mit dabei: Am 14.06. spielte die lebhafte Band bspw. auf der größten Bühne des Havelfests Brandenburg (Stadt) vor 5.000 Besuchern unmittelbar vor der Pop-Ikone NENA.
Long-running New York death metal merchants, PYREXIA, are back with a new slab of epic brutality set for Release via Unique Leader Records later this Fall. The ten-track Feast of Iniquity was recorded at New York's Pitch Black Sound and mixed and mastered by Chris "Zeuss" Harris (Kataklysm, The Red Chord, Crowbar, Municipal Waste, 3 Inches Of Blood et al) at Planet Z in Massachusetts, making it the most sonically punishing record of PYREXIA's menacing catalog of chaos!
Italian psychedelic rock band Black Rainbow's new six-song 38-minute mini album sees the trio leave their earlier stoner rock motifs for a sound that keeps with the HEAVY but heads to the stars. 'Holy Moon' offers a deep brew of deep heavy space rock that follows the lineage of early Hawkwind through Loop and The Heads into White Hills, 'Monsters Of The Highway' recalls Monster Magnet and Thee Hypnotics with Gabriele Fiori excelling with his powered Detroit infused leads, 'Chakra Temple' slows things down over an Eastern drone worthy of both Simon House and The Black Sun Ensemble whilst 'The Hunter' adds a heavy Groundhogs boogie edge spiced up for 2013 in a similar vein to Ty Segall and Fuzz.

Northern Poland-based death metal squad, CALM HATCHERY, is preparing to enter the studio this Autumn to record their third studio full-length.
Set to invade the illustrious Hertz Studio (Behemoth, Vader, Decapitated, Lost Soul) this November, CALM HATCHERY will record the anticipated follow-up to their 2010-released sophomore album, Sacrilege Of Humanity. With nine songs, so far bearing titles including "Sun Of God," "Bomben Uber Warschau," "Bardo Of Dream State," "Blessing Mantra" and "Ilusory World Of Gods," the forthcoming as-yet-untitled full-length is slated for early 2014 release, once again through Selfmadegod Records.
