Today is Double Release Day! On June 26 we proudly present the first single 10 YEARS, taken from the upcoming RUYNOR album METAL TO THE PUNK, which will be out on CD, vinyl and digital on Friday September 25 and the new MAVERICK masterpiece WE CAN RISE, the first song with the new line-up.
After five years of silence since the last studio album, RUYNOR are done warming up. Backed by Metalapolis Records and armed with a brand new album the band returns louder, sharper, and more dangerous than ever. 10 YEARS is the first single taken from their upcoming album METAL TO THE PUNK. Metal clashes head on with raw, filthy punk without filters and safe zones on a new level! If you're around, RUYNOR will hit the stage tonight @ SONNENKELLER, Balingen w/MÄDHOUSE.
With their new single WE CAN RISE, MAVERICK return at their purest. Raw, driven, and unapologetic. Blending the reckless spirit of their early days with the strength of five albums and an EP, this is a bold new chapter without forgetting where it all began. WE CAN RISE is the first song with the new line-up feat. ex-CRAZY LIXX drummer Joél Cirera and old drummer Mike Ross on bass. The song is also the band’s first collaboration with external songwriters, joining forces with CRAZY LIXX guitarist Chrisse Olsson and renowned Australian songwriter Darren Phillips. Same same, but different. MAVERICK aren’t back because they have to. They’re back because they want to!
