BITTERNESS – Albumankündigung & Track Premiere
German thrashers BITTERNESS have unleashed a first song from their upcoming new album "Hallowed Be The Game", set for release on February 6th 2026 via G.U.C. / Metal-Store24.

Formed in 2001, BITTERNESS always have stated their reputation as a damn heavy live act, playing more than 300 shows at home and abroad. The band's typical sound contains classic Thrash attacks and combines them with some gloomy Death Metal parts, as well as elements of Gothenburg-style Melodic Death.
"Hallowed Be The Game" was recorded, mixed and mastered by Christoph Brandes at Iguana Studios / Freiburg (Germany). The cover artwork was created by Andrei Bouzikov (Municipal Waste, Havok, Exarsis, Dust Bolt, a.o.). For the first time in the band's history there are also guest musicians featured: Andreas "Gerre" Geremia (Tankard) contributed vocals for "High Sobriety" and Michael Goldschmidt played the guitar solos on "High Sobriety" and "Win-Windustry".
