PRIMALFROST Stream Two New Live Clips, & New 14 Min. Album Track
Toronto, Canada based epic metallers PRIMALFROST are streaming two new live clips from their performance last month opening for Moonspell & Leaves Eyes in Toronto. Their debut full-length album ‘Prosperous Visions’ was just released in February by Maple Metal Records.
Formed in early 2012, PRIMALFROST is the brainchild of 17-year old metal prodigy Dean Paul Arnold. Dean is the lead vocalist and lead guitarist in PRIMALFROST. ‘Prosperous Visions’ was produced by Thomas Ireland (Battlesoul), and Dean Paul Arnold in the Fall of 2013 at Icehouse Studios in Goderich, ON, Canada.
The album cover art is by renowned metal artist Jan Yrlund of Darkgrove Design. (Korpiklaani, Tyr, Manowar, etc.)

NORDHEIM Release Video for ‘Get Drunk or Die Tryin’ Filmed by Their Fans
Canadian epic folk metallers NORDHEIM have released a music video for ‘Get Drunk or Die Tryin’ filmed entirely by their Fans. Nordheim told their fans to 1) bring cameras to their most recent show in Quebec City, 2) keep the film rolling, and then 3) send it in, and the band would make a music video. There were no professional cameramen or film editors with the making of this video.

Nordheim’s sophomore album ‘Refill’ was released in 2013 by Canadian label Maple Metal Records. The album was produced at Badass Studio, Montreal by Jef Fortin (Neuraxis, Augury, Kälter, Blackguard, Your Last Wish).
The artwork for “Refill” was created by Nicolas Francoeur of Vorace Art, as was their 2010 debut album “Lost in the North”.

Female-fronted Symphonic Metallers MERKABAH Sign with Maple Metal Records, New Album Details and Single Released
Quebec City, Canada based female-fronted symphonic metallers, MERKABAH have inked a worldwide deal with Maple Metal Records to release their third album ‘Ubiquity’.
Their new album will be released in North America on March 17th, and worldwide on April 4th, 2014.
‘Ubiquity’ was produced by Merkabah, and mixed by Pierre Rémillard (Anvil, Kataklysm, Voivod) at Wild Studio, north of Montreal. The album cover art is by Maxime Bigras.
MERKABAH, were established in 2002 as a quintet, and self-released 2 albums: ‘Shadows Never Forget’ in 2005, and ‘The Realm of All Secrets’ in 2007.
The founding members are guitarist François Vachon and vocalist Jacinthe Poulin.
Merkabah have shared the stage with such acts as Lacuna Coil, Hammerfall, and Gamma Ray in Montreal and Quebec City, in recent years.

Their official CD release show will be on June 13th at the l'Agitée in Québec City. MERKABAH will be performing select shows throughout Ontario and Quebec this Summer in support of their new album; dates have yet to be announced.
